Kingtime is 3 piece band from Southern, California - Formed in 2007 by Steve Loeffler & Greg Smith - they formed Kingtime to play the Blues with pure emotion and passion just like their heros Albert King, BB King and Freddie King - hence the name - Kingtime ! - after many lineups - including full horn sections and harp players -- Steve & Greg decide to slim down the band to a 3 piece in 2021 for a more streamlined sound adding journeyman player -Kevin Regec on Bass -and are ready to take over the world ! with their Orginal songs and Blues Chestnuts they have already won a loyal following in Southern California and will be taking the show on the road.

Steve Loeffler is the Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist of "KIngtime" - formed in 2007 with Drummer Greg Smith
the Band has forged a Blues based Sound with Original songs written by Steve -and- Classic Blues covers-
and played hundreds of Shows & Festivals since forming.
Previous to Kingtime - Steve was Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist in the band - "The Instigators "- based out of his hometown
of Long Beach, Ca - formed in 1985 they also have played hundreds of Shows and Festivals - before
reforming as "KIngtime" with legendary Bassist Kevin Regec coming into the fold in 2021 - still based in Southern California -
the band is on the Road- Spring of 2022 - and will be Recording a New album in the Summer of 2022

Greg Smith has been a Drummer since the 70's Playing to a great amount of success in Various blues and rock bands. With Steve as a founding member of Kingtime. The 2 have been together for over 40 years. A tight band indeed that only time and experience can produce !

Kevin Regec has been a pro bassist for over 40 years. Playing in theaters, Disneyland, Laker show band and numerous bands from jazz to rock to funk dance bands. Always happy to be playing with great guys.
